SILVER AFRICA TOURS operates within the legal jurisdiction of Kenya, and all travel arrangements are subject to the laws and regulations of Kenya.
Clients acknowledge that travel services, including but not limited to accommodation, transportation, and activities, may be provided by third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies.
Each supplier may have its own terms and conditions governing the provision of services, which clients are bound to adhere to during the course of their travel arrangements.
SILVER AFRICA TOURS acts only as an intermediary between clients and suppliers and shall not be held liable for any disputes, breaches, or issues arising between clients and suppliers.
SILVER AFRICA TOURS reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings, itineraries, or arrangements in accordance with the terms and conditions of its suppliers or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
By booking with SILVER AFRICA TOURS, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions of both SILVER AFRICA TOURS and its suppliers.

Clients acknowledge that travel inherently involves certain risks and uncertainties, including but not limited to accidents, illness, injury, and unforeseen events.
Clients agree to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner throughout their travel.
Clients must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by SILVER AFRICA TOURS and any third-party suppliers.
Participation in activities like safaris or adventure sports may involve risks; clients assume full responsibility for their own safety.
SILVER AFRICA TOURS shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from non-compliance or negligent behavior.

SILVER AFRICA TOURS endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding prices, itineraries, and other travel-related details. However, clients acknowledge that prices and availability are subject to change without notice due to factors beyond the control of SILVER AFRICA TOURS, including fluctuations in exchange rates, changes in government taxes or fees, and adjustments made by third-party suppliers.
All prices quoted by SILVER AFRICA TOURS are based on current tariffs, exchange rates, and other relevant factors at the time of booking. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of pricing information, clients understand that final prices may vary depending on factors such as seasonality, availability, and specific client requirements.
Any additional charges, fees, or expenses incurred during the course of travel arrangements, including but not limited to optional activities, meals, and personal purchases, are the responsibility of the client and must be settled directly with the relevant supplier.
Clients are advised to carefully review all pricing information provided by SILVER AFRICA TOURS and to seek clarification on any discrepancies or uncertainties before confirming their booking. SILVER AFRICA TOURS shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies or discrepancies in pricing information provided to clients.

All bookings made with SILVER AFRICA TOURS are subject to availability and confirmation by SILVER AFRICA TOURS.
To secure a booking, clients are required to provide a deposit, the amount of which will be specified by SILVER AFRICA TOURS at the time of booking. The deposit amount may vary depending on the nature of the travel arrangements and the specific requirements of the client.
The remaining balance of the total booking cost must be paid in full before the commencement of the safari, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by SILVER AFRICA TOURS. Failure to make full payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
Payment methods accepted by SILVER AFRICA TOURS may include bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. Any additional fees or charges associated with payment transactions are the responsibility of the client and must be borne by the client.
Upon receipt of the required deposit and full payment, SILVER AFRICA TOURS will issue a booking confirmation and any relevant travel documents to the client. It is the responsibility of the client to review the booking confirmation and ensure that all details are correct. Any discrepancies or errors must be reported to SILVER AFRICA TOURS immediately for correction.
Clients are advised to review the cancellation policy and terms and conditions of SILVER AFRICA TOURS before making a booking. Cancellation fees may apply in the event of cancellation or changes to the booking, and the amount of refund, if any, will be determined in accordance with the cancellation policy of SILVER AFRICA TOURS and the terms of the service providers involved.

SILVER AFRICA TOURS may issue travel credits under certain circumstances, such as cancellations or changes to bookings, as determined by SILVER AFRICA TOURS's policies.
Travel credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient for future travel arrangements booked through SILVER AFRICA TOURS.
Travel credits have an expiry date, which will be specified at the time of issuance. It is the responsibility of the client to utilize the travel credits before the expiry date. Expired travel credits will not be eligible for redemption or refund.
The value of travel credits may be applied towards the total cost of future travel arrangements booked through SILVER AFRICA TOURS, subject to availability and any additional terms and conditions specified by SILVER AFRICA TOURS.
Clients are advised to review the terms and conditions associated with the issuance and redemption of travel credits carefully. SILVER AFRICA TOURS reserves the right to modify or cancel travel credits at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

SILVER AFRICA TOURS endeavors to accommodate special requests made by clients to enhance their travel experience, such as dietary preferences, room preferences, and mobility assistance.
While SILVER AFRICA TOURS will make every effort to fulfill special requests, clients understand that such requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Clients are encouraged to notify SILVER AFRICA TOURS of any special requests at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all special requests are clearly communicated to SILVER AFRICA TOURS in writing.
Any additional costs or charges associated with special requests may be incurred by the client and must be settled directly with SILVER AFRICA TOURS or the relevant supplier.
SILVER AFRICA TOURS shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill special requests due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to availability, operational constraints, or changes in circumstances.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary physical fitness and medical condition to undertake the activities included in their travel itinerary.
Clients with pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs must inform SILVER AFRICA TOURS at the time of booking to assess the feasibility of their participation in the safari activities.
SILVER AFRICA TOURS may provide information about the physical requirements and health considerations associated with specific activities or destinations. However, clients acknowledge that they are ultimately responsible for determining their own suitability for participation.
Clients are advised to consult with their healthcare provider or a qualified medical professional before undertaking any strenuous activities or traveling to remote or high-altitude destinations.
SILVER AFRICA TOURS shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or medical complications arising from the client's failure to disclose relevant medical information or to adequately assess their own physical fitness and health condition. Clients participate in safari activities at their own risk.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents required for entry into their destination country and transit points.
SILVER AFRICA TOURS may provide general information and assistance regarding passport, visa, and immigration requirements based on the client's nationality and travel itinerary. However, it is the client's responsibility to verify and comply with the specific entry requirements of each destination.
Clients must ensure that their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the intended duration of their stay and have sufficient blank pages for entry and exit stamps.
SILVER AFRICA TOURS shall not be held liable for any expenses, losses, or damages incurred by clients due to their failure to comply with passport, visa, or immigration requirements, including but not limited to denied entry, deportation, or travel disruptions.
Clients are advised to contact the embassy or consulate of their destination country and consult official government websites for the most up-to-date information on passport, visa, and immigration requirements.
